i LOVE traditions! one tradition that i had growing up was at christmas eve, we would have a big dinner with some unique food that was out of the ordinary...the ball was rolled to este this year and he did great...he chose lobster and grilled them on wooden planks. yeeeaaahhh. the "test" planks went up in a big fire...the ones that counted worked!
